CLASSIC TOMATO AND PINK HIMALAYAN SALT PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of pasta of your choice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 red capsicums, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of red wine or vinegar

  • Crushed garlic, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, to taste

  • Nature's Lane Organic Pink Himalayan Salt, to taste


METHOD

  1. Boil pasta in water according to directions.

  2. Use a saucepan to Sauté peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil (to desired finish).

  3. Drain pasta and add to pepper mixture.

  4. Garnish with parsley.

  5. Generously sprinkle with Nature’s Lane Pink Himalayan salt.

  6. Enjoy!
